Scope : The course is based on “Code of safe working practices for merchant seafarer” and meets the requirements under ISM code to perform duties for Risk Assessment & Risk Management on board Merchant Vessels effectively enhanceing safety on board ships. The Course also addresses Marine Accident and incident Investigation, based on IMO Model Course 3.11. The topics covered include:
